We tried to build the second version of our plasma sterilizer with two doors, all of the parts had been designed again. The vaporizer part in this version is controlled by the varying current of the thermoelectric coolers.
We improved our designs in this version.
88% of Hydrogen Peroxide Concentration
We tried to concentrate the 50% input hydrogen peroxide inside of the device up to 88%. I made an application inside MATLAB that predict the hydrogen peroxide's concentration's behavior by changing the temperature and density. By knowing the behavior and extracting the injecting hydrogen peroxide before it reaches into the chamber we can calculate the concentration of the injecting solution.
